COACHING IS 'Success' in the 21st Century.
Philadelphia, PA, October 9, 2006 --
Master Business Coach and author of CPR for the Soul and Coach2
The Bottom Line, Mike Jay, leads a Coaching Makeover for anyone
interested in how coaching will make a difference. The makeover seminar is open to anyone including the media
interested in learning coaching skills.
There's a new challenge in American life and business – how do we
make it all “fit together?” If people are going to design happy and productive
lives, work and relationships, then learning how to use dynamic
inquiry is required.
If negativity, stress, overwhelm and feelings of disorientation are
sapping the energy from what should be a "wonderful life," maybe
it's time to look at what's important, motivating, urgent,
leveraging and low-hanging fruit--things that you can't see, but are
clouded over with the noise of living life in the 21st Century.
Coaching burst on the radar screen in the middle 90s, often reserved
for high paid executives only but Jay will show you how to leverage
coaching in your personal life, as well as at work and in your
relationships.
Entrepreneurs, professionals, busy managers and harried leaders can
all benefit from learning coaching skills.
Coaching in business is increasing in demand as companies throughout
the world look for ways to attract top talent, improve productivity
and produce bottom-line results that really matter.
“Modern day life is a pressure cooker and when you need help,
you need it now,” explains Jay. However, just responding to everyday
challenges is not enough. We have to develop our awareness of how
everything fits together. It is not enough to just get by, we need
to become aware our essential nature and how to remain authentic
within that nature, as life throws us curveballs.
The Coaching Makeover Seminar is designed to create a “coaching
experience” for participants. In the seminar three core competencies
of the COACH2 System of coaching are introduced: connection, clarification and
commitment.
Participants get to experience first hand real live
coaching and feedback and what’s it like to be a coach. Participants
are provided with a free assessment on motivation as a opportunity
to experience Coaching. Phone interviews are encouraged. For more
